I loooveee Thai flavours, especially Thai Red Curry! These Keto Fish Cakes have the vibrant and warming flavours of thai red curry paste, and by using tinned tuna are a super fast meal for one. You can easily multiply the recipe for larger tins of tuna to serve more people, but they are my ultimate lunch or dinner when I am craving something full of flavour but really quick.
Using Thai red curry paste makes these keto fish cakes burst with flavour and freshness. Combined with a lime mayonnaise for extra fats, you can serve with a simple salad or just on their own. I like to top them with some sliced spring onion and chilli for an extra flavour packed meal.
You could easily use tinned salmon or even chicken, but I love the texture when done with tuna. Make sure you choose an environmentally friendly tuna for an all round feel good meal.

Fell apart,
Sorry to hear that! I haven’t had them fall apart before and am disappointed they didn’t work for you. If you’re able can you share what ingredients you used eg. what tuna and almond flour, did you drain the tuna, and the size of your egg? I’m hoping to trouble shoot it for you as I’ve only had positive reviews on this before.

How many carbohydrates per patty?
677 calories seem like a lot of a tablespoon?
Did I read this wrong
Thank you 😊
Hi Joni! Thanks for reaching out! As the recipe serves 1, it assumes you eat the entire serving including the mayonnaise. I usually get around 7 patties per serve, so if you were only eating 1 it would be around 92 calories and less than 1 gram of carbs per pattie. I hope that helps and you enjoy the recipe!
very tasty. probably needed an egg ring to make them look as good as the photo, but regardless of that they were delicious and so quick to make.
