Can you believe it, day 20 is already here?
No matter what the last 20 days have looked like for you, I bet you’ve learnt something.
We all gain experience every single day, experience at living our lives.
Unless we stop and reflect on this though, and consider the lessons and how they’ve changed us, we don’t actually learn anything!
Reflection can be as simple as “wow that was terrible, I hate following a strict meal plan.” 😅
That’s still reflection, still learning about yourself and what works for you.
Today let’s go through some reflection and review of how the last 3 weeks has been for us, so you can come out of this better than ever 💚
A Quick Reflection Exercise
I want you to look back on the goals you set 21 days ago.
(didn’t set any goals? well you can reflect on that as well!)
Let’s review each one and answer these questions for yourself.
These exercises are really helpful at getting in touch with your mind and body.
Did you achieve each goal?
What % would you say? 90%? 50%? 0%? Be honest with yourself
What could you have done differently to achieve more?
Do you wish your goals were harder? Easier?
What have you learnt from this challenge?
What effects have you noticed – your mind? body? energy? sleep? pain? digestion?
What challenged you the most about it?
What are you going to do differently for the next 3 weeks?
Now, let’s set some goals for the rest of the year.
Where you do you want to be by Christmas? Include goals for your measurements or weight if you must, or a particular outfit, or exercise goals or life goals, energy goals or just motivation goals.
How are you going to get there?
Break it down step by step. Little steps, achievable ones. Eg. I am going to prepare my lunches on Sundays for the next 4 weeks.
Accountability is great and really helpful for us to stay true to ourselves – so how are you going to stay accountable to these goals?
Will you get a Keto buddy along with you?
Post them in the facebook group and check in regularly?
Plan some rewards for yourself at milestones?
Find what works for you.
And always remember, it’s the small daily choices that make up our life long successes. Each day, each little choice adds up.
Choose what is best for YOU, because only you will ever put yourself first 💚
