YOU DO IT!!
WWOOOHHHOOO well done to you – you’ve made it to day 21.
It doesn’t matter if you fell off the wagon, went off plan or made a few mistakes – we all do, and this is life.
For 3 weeks you’ve been focusing on getting healthier and being kinder to your body.
That is the important part! I’m sure even when mistakes did happen, you were aware of them – and this is the key to improving and getting better each day.
Just get a little bit better each day, learn a little more and eat a little cleaner. Step by step, you will get there.
So what do you do after completing a Keto challenge like this? How do you sustain your results on Keto?
Here’s a few tips on what to do next!
⭐️ Create your own meal plan. If you’re feeling great on Keto, it’s time to work out your own meal plan! Gather your favourite recipes from aussieketoqueen.com and plan out your first few weeks.
⭐️ Repeat the current meal plan. Choose your favourite days/weeks and repeat over again, or try a new meal plan from here
⭐️ Calculate your own macros. This can be a little tricky/scary but the important thing is trial and error. You might set some macros, follow them for a few weeks and decide you need to adjust. That’s ok! It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Check out my Getting Started tips for macros here.
⭐️ Choose your Keto support squad carefully. If you’ve joined a bunch of different Keto groups or forums, review them carefully to make sure the information being provided is accurate. There’s a LOT of forums, review them carefully to make sure the information being provided is accurate. There’s a LOT of misinformation out there – I saw one recently saying anything below 30% carbs per 100 grams is fine… not correct.
Lastly, I’d love to know how you went. I gather feedback at the end of each challenge so that I can make the next one better than ever!

Thank you once again for those joining me on the 21 Day Keto Challenge – this all started because I needed some support to get my own Keto journey back on track.
When I put the call out and hundreds of people joined, it was clear that we all needed a little extra boost sometimes!
I hope you’ve had an amazing time and I already can’t wait for the next challenge. Don’t forget to keep sustaining your Keto results, whatever they may be for you – and never forget how amazing you feel on Keto!
