    I’m trying to signup for the 2020 keto 21 day Challenge but I can’t seem to get it to go into my cart so I can pay for it ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

    • Hi Maria, all is working on my end and other orders are going through, it might be worth trying from a different device if you are doing it from your phone as some phones have a bad time with carts! Othewise you could try to click “checkout with paypal” which bypasses the shopping cart.

  • I’m considering signing up for a 21 day challenge but I’d like one with more winter seasonal options. The only ones I can find are based on Summer or Spring. Do you have one suitable for this time of year?

    • Hi Sharon! Sorry for the delayed response, your message got caught in the spam filter. The September 2019 plan is the closest to winter seasonal options. Some wintery recipes include;

  • Hello! My husband and I wants to start Keto but we both work full time and my husband is a shift worker so we do our meal prep in the weekend so we usually prepare 3-4 types of meals/food for or lunches and dinners for the whole week. Just want to check if you your meal plans caters our need?

    • Hi there! Thanks for your comment,
      The meal plans mostly use leftovers from dinner for lunches, so you could definitely prepare these in advance. If you wanted to simplify it even further, you could repeat dinners on a few nights so you only have to cook 3 – 4 dishes for the week. Obviously you’d need to adjust the shopping list accordingly ๐Ÿ™‚
