  • Will this be like the November meal plan and only have a certain amount of recipes while the remaining meals are out of the freezer?
    Would work well but I cook for a family not just myself. First two weeks did brilliant (4kg!) but come week 3 and feel straight off the wagon because everything was fasting or freezer.

    • Hi Amanda! Thanks for your feedback, I took this on board and haven’t repeated the meals but leftovers are used for lunches. There are some that are feeezable for future use after the challenge, but not relied on in week 3. I’ve also included different lunch options for those that are home/have time to prepare meals for lunches rather than using leftovers.

  • Hi, I’m interested in the 21 day challenge. I know the January one is about to finish. Would it still be an option to buy this challenge or would it be fast to wait for a new challenge. And when would that be?

    • Hi Tracey, you can certainly still purchase this or the November meal plans to run through the recipes yourself, some people are joining at different dates in the main facebook group. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to run another challenge as it will depend on my work situation 🙂

  • Hi, I’ve started Keto and I’d love to do the 21 day challenge. I’m a type 1 diabetic so I’m a bit apprehensive about it all! Do you think I’d be fine ?

    • Hi Fiona,

      Im not particularly familiar with what is required to manage your insulin and how keto affects it, so can’t comment safely on this as I’d for you to get have a negative experience.   • I have participated in all of the challenges so far. The meal plans are considerate of families and making enough for a couple of meals as well as time constraints. My husband and boys have loved all of the dinners. Rachel is great at what she does and I look forward to the next challenge!
