Ingredients
  

Bliss Balls

  • 85 grams dessicated coconut
  • 85 grams brazil nuts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

To Roll

  • 4 tablespoons dessicated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Process all bliss ball ingredients in a food processor until starting to clump together and finely crumbed.  
  • Roll with your hands into teaspoon size balls, and then roll into the coconut and lemon zest, pressing in to help it stick. 
  • Refrigerate and best served a day or two later!
