Keto Bliss Balls - Lemon and Coconut
A quick and easy snack, bliss balls are the perfect keto treat to stave off a sweet tooth and give you an instant energy boost before a work out

Bliss Balls
- 85 grams dessicated coconut
- 85 grams brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon xylitol
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
To Roll
- 4 tablespoons dessicated coconut
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Process all bliss ball ingredients in a food processor until starting to clump together and finely crumbed.
Roll with your hands into teaspoon size balls, and then roll into the coconut and lemon zest, pressing in to help it stick.
Refrigerate and best served a day or two later!
