Slow Cooked Keto BBQ Ribs

Quick to prepare and full of flavour after simmering away for 8 hours, these succulent ribs will be falling off the bone

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons homemade sugar free BBQ sauce or store bought
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil to medium heat. Brown the ribs lightly. 
    Place the ribs in the slow cooker and slather with the BBQ sauce. You want a little bit on the underside, but most of it on the top. 
    Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the slow cooker and set to low heat for 8 hours.
