Quick to prepare and full of flavour after simmering away for 8 hours, these succulent ribs will be falling off the bone
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil to medium heat. Brown the ribs lightly.
Place the ribs in the slow cooker and slather with the BBQ sauce. You want a little bit on the underside, but most of it on the top.
Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the slow cooker and set to low heat for 8 hours.
