Using the fantastic Carl's Head pizza base recipe above, this pizza has spicy salami and a deep tomato sauce base.
Prepare the pizza base as in recipe #1.
Once cooked for the first 3 minutes, combine the tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and paprika. Smear over the base going almost to the edges.
Arrange the sliced onion evenly, then place the salami, chilli and olives on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Cook for a further 6 - 8 minutes until melted and edges are crispy. Serve with fresh rocket on top.
