The perfect side dish - Keto Cheese Garlic Rolls are soft and fluffy, cheesy and loaded with garlic. Kids, husbands and everyone loves them, perfect for mopping up the sauce in your favourite Keto Dinner!
Preheat the oven to 200 C and grease a 12 cup muffin tray. Make sure it’s non-stick or use silicone liners, as the cheese can make them sticky!
In a small microwaveable bowl, add the butter and cream cheese. Microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted and whisk together, setting aside to cool. Don’t worry if it’s a bit lumpy.
In a larger mixing bowl, add the almond flour and baking powder and whisk together, breaking any lumps.
Combine all remaining ingredients (saving about ¼ of the cheese for on top) in the large mixing bowl then stir through the cooled butter mixture until evenly combined.
Spread between the muffin tin evenly and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 12 - 14 minutes until golden brown. Let cool until they can be handled and remove from the baking tray.
