Keto Smoothies are a big part of my life.
Whether I’m dashing from workout to work, need to boost up my protein or fat macro quickly, or want a simple way to get some extra nutrients in, I still want them to taste GOOD!
In this post I’ll share with you my 3 top Keto smoothies that I keep coming back to.
They all work really well with a protein, collagen or other supplement powder mixed in, and this case I’ve used Wellgove Keto Super Powder.
Wellgrove reached out to me to try their Keto Super Powder and collaborate on some recipes, and I’ve found it works perfectly in Keto Smoothies.
I have been using this powder when I don’t need extra protein for the day because I have it covered by my meals, but still want to boost my nutrients and maximise my Keto Smoothies.
My favourite thing about this powder (on top of the usual benefits of olive oil) is the prebiotic fiber!
After learning so much about gut health, I discovered we need both probiotics (from yoghurt and supplements) but also prebiotics – this is what the probiotics eat! It can be a bit harder to get in your Keto diet, so any little boost is a win for me.
The fine texture and barely-there flavour of the powder means it dissolves perfectly. You don’t taste or even notice the powder when in these keto smoothie recipes, but your tummy sure thanks you afterwards.
Keto Smoothies Recipes
Ok let’s get into these quick and easy recipes! I’ve got 3 for you today:
- Strawberries & Cream Keto Smoothie
- Coconut Rough Keto Smoothie
- Keto Green Smoothie
Berries & Cream Keto Smoothie
This is a bright, fresh smoothie. When I’ve made berrie smoothies in the past, I’ve found they actually leave me a bit hungry, so that’s why I decided to include cream for both flavour AND satisfaction factor!
Adding in the Keto Super Powder from Wellgrove is optional, but is a fantastic way to up the nutrients.
The ingredients are super simple, all you need is:
- Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- Cream (can use coconut cream for dairy free):
- Vanilla
- Water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop of Wellgrove Keto Super Powder (optional)
Berries & Cream Keto Smoothie
This is a bright, fresh smoothie. When I’ve made berrie smoothies in the past, I’ve found they actually leave me a bit hungry, so that’s why I decided to include cream for both flavour AND satisfaction factor!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Frozen mixed berries
- 30 ml Cream
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 – 1.5 cup Water
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Scoop Wellgrove Keto Super Powder, Optional
- Ice cubes, Optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender, starting with ¾ cup water.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water or ice cubes until the consistency is to your liking.
- Drink immediately!

Coconut Rough Keto Smoothie
This one is for those chocolate lovers. If you enjoy the chocolate Coconut Rough, you’ll get a kick out of this smoothie!
Using avocado combined with a creamy protein powder will give you a luxurious tasting dessert. Enjoy with a square of your favourite dark chocolate for an extra indulgent treat.
The ingredients are super simple, you’ll need:
- Avocado
- Coconut milk (or coconut milk powder)
- Cocoa
- Vanilla
- Sweetener of choice (I use xylitol)
- Water
- 1 scoop of Wellgrove Keto Super Powder (optional)
Coconut Rough Keto Smoothie
This one is for those chocolate lovers. If you enjoy the chocolate Coconut Rough, you’ll get a kick out of this smoothie!
Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- 2 tbsp Dutch processed cocoa
- 60 ml Coconut milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Sweetener
- 1 cup Water
- 1 scoop Wellgrove Keto Super Powder, Optional
- Coconut to sprinkle on top, Optional
Instructions
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth, adding more water if needed.
- You can also blend with ice cubes for a super refreshing beverage on a hot day.
- Sprinkle with coconut on top to serve.

Light, refreshing and PACKED full of nutrients, this Green Keto Smoothie is my favourite. I swear it makes me feel healthier just blending it up!
Adding in the Wellgrove Keto Super Powder makes it a nutrient powerhouse – we are feeding our gut with amazing probiotics in the spinach and cucumber, and backing that up with prebiotics in the Keto Super Powder.
What’s even better is that this Green keto smoothie is super easy! All you need is:
- Avocado
- Baby spinach
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Water
- Sweetener (optional)
- 1 scoop of Wellgrove Keto Super Powder (optional)
Green Keto Smoothie
Light, refreshing and PACKED full of nutrients, this Green Keto Smoothie is my favourite. I swear it makes me feel healthier just blending it up!
Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- ½ Lebanese cucumber
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 35 grams Baby spinach leaves
- ¾ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sweetener
- 1 scoop Wellgrove Keto Super Powder, Optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding more water or ice as necessary.
