Ok ok, so I don’t really condone or encourage keto snacks as part of an overall healthy lifestyle. The whole idea is that we will require less food as our bodies become stable and our blood sugar no longer spikes, and we don’t rely on keto snacks to maintain this.
My problem with that though, is what about eating purely for pleasure? We all know mindless or emotional eating isn’t good, but sometimes I just want to eat something really delicious purely for the sake of flavour, so here’s the keto snacks I revert to when this feeling strikes!
